Welcome to Lilly Finch. Our shop is home to four brands under one roof: Curated Paper Co., a snail mail subscription club for people who believe in the written word; Lilly Finch, a lifestyle brand with recommendations for the home, table, travel, and wardrobe; Lilly Finch Needlepoint, custom needlepoint canvases; and Shirthead, a statement tee company run by a couple of teenagers with good taste and strong opinions. Each brand lives at lillyfinch.net, and all orders are processed under the Lilly Finch name, so that’s what you’ll see on your card statement and in your inbox.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. International shipping is coming later this year. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok to hear when it’s live.

Most items ship free. Orders over $100 ship free automatically. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout.

We work to get orders out quickly, though processing times vary by item. Shirthead tees are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner and typically take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship, plus delivery time. We’ll always give you tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Curated Paper Co. Subscriptions

Billing: Your subscription renews on the same date each month, starting on the day you first subscribe. You’ll be charged automatically until you cancel.

Shipping cutoff: We prepare each month’s mailing on a set schedule. If you subscribe after that month’s cutoff, your first mailing will go out with the following month’s send.

Cancellations: You can cancel anytime through your customer account portal. We ask that you receive at least one mailing before canceling — that’s standard for subscription clubs and it’s the only requirement. There are no cancellation fees.

Skipping or pausing: Life happens. You can manage your billing date and skip a month through your account portal.

Returns & Refunds

We’re a small operation, and we stand behind everything we send out.

Damaged or wrong items:  If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement. No hassle.

General returns: Because most of our products are made, curated, or printed specifically for you, we don’t accept returns on a whim. But if something isn’t right, reach out — we’re reasonable people.

Digital downloads:  All sales are final on digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered, we’re unable to issue refunds.

Shirthead tees: Because they’re printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for size exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Damaged or misprinted items are always replaced.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?
Lilly Finch. All four brands:  Curated Paper Co., Lilly Finch, Lilly Finch Needlepoint, and Shirthead process orders under the Lilly Finch name.

Do I need an account to order?
No, but creating one makes it much easier to manage subscriptions, track orders, and update your info.

I didn’t receive my mailing. What do I do?
Email us. Mail occasionally goes missing, and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?
